Once our orders are placed by you we fax them direct to our agents in Singapore at 4pm on a Thursday. Expert packing is done on a Sunday and flown out the same day Singapore to Manchester Direct.

Singapore/Malaysian Airlines flight arrives at Manchester early Monday morning. Customs clearance is done and the plants brought out of the airline without delay.

Plants are brought back to our depot 3 miles from the airport and are carefully unpacked and inspected.

All our plants are individually packed and vacuum sealed in their own bags, fully marked with name of species.

By Wednesday midday all of our customers consignments have been sent out by 1st class Royal Mail. Ensuring 100% freshness and quality that no other company can match. The process then starts all over again for the following week.
